My expertise encompasses both standard and bespoke product ranges tailored to various shop floor and machinery setups. I have worked within and helped to structure company processes and workflows. I have driven the adoption of technology and have implemented processes and documentation of industry standard procedures.

Professional Experience

Design & Manufacturing: Proficient in guiding projects from initial concept proposals and visualizations to detailed models, production drawings and BOMs, facilitating both in-house and subcontracted fabrication and assembly. Product re-engineering for improving efficiency and standardisation.

Project Management: Experienced in overseeing projects, conducting contract reviews, and leading departmental teams. I have presented solutions and demonstrations at board level and directly to clients.

CAD Proficiency: Transitioned from traditional drawing methods to advanced CAD technologies. Since 2001, I have been utilizing SolidWorks 3D CAD software, achieving certifications such as SolidWorks Certified Professional, Expert, and Elite Applications Engineer. I have also developed and implemented CAD strategies across multiple organizations.

Multimedia Production: Skilled in creating rendered visuals, graphic designs, and portfolios for sales and media support. My experience includes producing videos, instruction manuals, training materials, conducting weekly webinars, and authoring blogs to support marketing efforts.
